Fix your sleep—once and for all...

cure insomnia,
live better...

Today, we're taking the fight to insomnia. We might not have started this war, but this rebellion hopes to put an end that cruel sleeplessness once and for all.

Natural sleep is under attack, and it's on us to educate ourselves on the constant bombardment of lights and chemicalised food.

Arm yourself by reading the new sleep aid "I Can't Sleep: A Condensed Guide to Reclaiming Your Sleep", and become consciously aware of all the modern influences in your diet, your lifestyle and your home that are sabotaging you and your sleep. You are sure to be surprised at what could be affecting you.

but wait...

While educating yourself on the do's and don'ts of sleep is probably the most critical step to reclaiming your sleep, having the right equipment to help you along can be a powerful advantage.

The reason I made this website wasn't because the world was lacking in fancy sleep products. It was because I realised people weren't even meeting the basic requirements for an adequate sleeping arrangement. Full darkness, adequate breathing, and sleep-conducive sheeting. Little do people know they're unwittingly using products that are harmful for sleep. It could be your sheets or pyjamas, your current sleep mask, or even your toothpaste. The question is, how much would you be willing to invest in a fair chance at sleep?

THE STORY

Like in any good story, my journey began with a catalyst. The nightly torture of sleeplessness was driving me mad, bringing pain and disappointment to my waking life where I knew I was not fulfilling my potential. So, as a writer, I did what I always do when I'm faced with a crippling life problem: I wrote about it.

The book I thought I could write in a day took me more than three years to finalise, and even now I know there is so much more that could be included. Naively, I had sincerely underestimated the complexity of sleep, the nuance and important prerequisites for healthy, consistent, undisturbed sleep.

"I Can't Sleep" is dedicated to helping individuals struggling with insomnia. A personal journey with sleep issues inspired not just a book, but a collection of curated products selected specficially to improve both physical and mental well-being through better sleep experiences.
