The bedding and pyjamas we've curated on this website were selected for their quality and particularly their material. Above all, linen is considered the single best material for encouraging quality sleep. While its breathability and temperature control are considered beneficial, the true magic lies in the vibration of the fabric. Resonating at a whopping 5000Hz, wool and linen share the highest frequency of all tested fabrics. However, they must never be worn together, as they cancel each other out and create a 'dead' fabric that will drain the body's energy and impede sleep.
